Starting January 2026, OUTCAST REGISTRATION broadcasts individual sentences from selected biographies on the facade of a cultural institution in Amsterdam.
The sentences are printed in the mother tongue of the respective participant, and each poster links via QR code directly to the biography on this website. In that way the public can read the translation in the online archive, while also enabling the passers-by to explore the whole biography and thus the life of the participant. Both in writing and as an audio recording, in their own voice.
Each set of posters was shown for a duration of 3 weeks, showing 3 sets in total.
A fourth and final set was requested by the organisation which will be on show until may 10, 2026.
